I was born in Brooklyn, New York, after my parents immigrated from Ecuador, chasing the American dream. They worked super hard, always showing me what it meant to hustle. But when I was in second grade, things got tough. We couldn’t afford to stay in the U.S., so we went back to South America. I remember thinking, "I never want my family to be separated because of money again." Even as a kid, I knew that financial freedom was something I needed to figure out.

Like many, I was taught the classic success formula: go to school, get good grades, land a good job, and boom—success! So, off I went into the medical field. But it didn’t take long for me to realize that just because I had a degree didn’t mean I was set financially. And even doctors and nurses—people who were supposed to have it all together—didn’t always understand money. I started thinking, "Wait, is this going to be my future too?"

Then came the moment that flipped everything upside down. Someone casually asked me how many languages I spoke. Feeling proud, I said, "Two—Spanish and English." But they shot back, "You’re missing the most important one..", I said "Really? Which one?". Their answer was "The language of money." I was taken back by the statement but they were right. I realized, if I wanted to get ahead, I had to learn how money really worked.

So I got curious and wanted to learn. Then, one day, a friend invited me to a meeting, and after six months of hesitation, I finally went. That's when I met Patrick Bet-David, who would become my mentor and completely shift my perspective on life and business.

Fast forward, I founded The Prevail Organization, and we’ve been on a mission ever since. Together, we’ve helped over 90,000 families protect their legacies and retirements—and I’ve never looked back! I believe that everything rises and falls on leadership, and we have a moral duty to develop the future leaders of our country. Entrepreneurship has changed my life in more ways than just one. It's not about the money, its about who you become along the way.
